Like many materials, neodymium magnets have a range of temperatures within which they will perform reliably. For our magnets, the upper limit is 80C, with total demagnetization occuring at apporximately 200C. Between 80C and 200C, there will be a gradual weakening of the magnet’s pull force. This temperature range exists for all magnets and should be considered when deciding whether our magnets are suitable to your needs. For more information on this subject, search Curie Temperature.
